I am the father of a coeliac daughter and I know how difficult it can be to find gluten-free products suitable for the diet. For this reason, I decided to open a shop where I can offer coeliacs, and not only them, a wide selection of high-quality products at affordable prices.
In my shop you can find everything you need to follow a healthy and gluten-free diet: bread, pasta, flours, biscuits, cakes, pizzas, snacks and much more. I also have a large selection of fresh, frozen, ready-made meals and gluten-free drinks.

I am Fabrice Dainelli. After working for over twenty years in the tourism sector, where I developed considerable knowledge in the sale and evaluation of services for tourists worldwide, I decided to open a local shop for the sale of gluten-free food specialities.
The idea of undertaking this entrepreneurial activity was born from the realisation of the difficulty coeliac people have in finding suitable foods for the diet imposed by a gluten-free regime, both at home and when travelling.
My personal experience, concerning my coeliac daughter and myself, who is allergic to wheat, has led me to a greater awareness of the difficulty of accepting a doctor’s diagnosis when it places the patient within the confines of coeliac disease.
Many people think that following a gluten-free diet is difficult, boring and tasteless. In reality, it is not!
Today there are many gluten-free products available on the market, so it is possible to follow a healthy and varied diet without any sacrifices.
